Welcome to CLOWZY. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.
No Cash on Delivery
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.
No Returns or Exchanges
All items sold on CLOWZY are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review all product details (size, measurements, color, etc.) carefully before purchasing.
In case of a sizing issue, the item may be reposted on our store/story as available for 24 hours. You must inform us within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all measurements are taken manually and slight variations may occur.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is required as proof.
Without this video, we will not be able to consider any claims.
Exceptional Cases (If Approved)
In rare cases where a return or exchange is approved:

Reverse pickup is not available — customers must arrange their own courier

The item must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery

You must notify us about the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Additional Charges

All original items, including freebies, must be returned

A deduction of ₹50 will apply if freebies are missing

For exchanges, a maximum of ₹50 shipping compensation will be provided
We recommend using economical courier services such as India Post or similar.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items with stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
Product Appearance
All product photos are taken in natural lighting using a phone.
Please note that slight variations in color and size may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
Agreement
By placing an order with CLOWZY, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.
